GET YOUR REPAIRS SORTED WITH MORE WAYS TO PAY
Unexpected repairs don’t always come at a convenient time. A rotten window sill, a sticking door or damaged timber can leave you with a job that needs attention and an expense you hadn’t planned for. At East Kent Repairs, we make arranging the work easier by giving you more choice over how you pay.
We accept debit cards, credit cards and Klarna.
Card payments aren’t always available when booking a small carpentry repair, so we’ve made them part of our service. Whether you prefer to pay directly by debit card, use your credit card or explore spreading the cost with Klarna, you can discuss the options with us before booking.
The same flexibility for smaller jobs
You don’t need to be planning a major renovation to benefit from a choice of payment methods. We specialise in the smaller window, door and carpentry repairs that homeowners often struggle to find someone to take on. From repairing a damaged sill to getting a wooden door closing properly again, we want the process to feel straightforward from your first enquiry through to payment.
Start by telling us what needs repairing and sending a few photos. We’ll explain the proposed work and provide a quote so you know what you’re agreeing to. You can then ask about the payment options available for your job and decide how you’d like to proceed.
Clear costs and peace of mind
Choosing someone to work on your home involves trust. Knowing the cost, understanding the repair and having a convenient way to pay all help you book with confidence. We’re happy to answer questions about both the work and payment before you make a decision. If you’ve been putting off a repair, getting a quote is a useful first step. Find out what’s involved, see what it will cost and explore your payment options, without having to decide everything before you contact us.
CHOOSE THE PAYMENT OPTION THAT SUITS YOU
We offer three ways to pay for your window and carpentry repairs. If you’re unsure which options are available for your job, just ask when requesting your quote.
Pay by debit card
Prefer to pay directly from your bank account? We accept debit card payments, making it convenient to pay for your repair without needing to withdraw cash. From small maintenance jobs to more involved timber repairs, card payments are part of our service.
Pay by credit card
We also accept credit cards, giving you another way to manage an unexpected repair bill. You can use your preferred card for the work agreed in your quote. Any interest, charges or repayment arrangements depend on your card provider and agreement.
Spread the cost with Klarna
If you’d prefer to spread the cost, you can explore the Klarna options available at checkout. You’ll be able to review the payment schedule and terms before deciding whether to proceed.
(Klarna is subject to eligibility and approval, and the options offered may vary. Minimum purchace amount is £250. Please check the repayment dates and terms carefully to make sure they suit your budget.)
Pay by cash
Prefer to pay in cash? We accept cash payments too. Let us know before payment is due so we can arrange this with you and provide a receipt for your records.
Pay by bank transfer
You can also pay directly by bank transfer. We’ll provide the payment details and reference to use, making it straightforward to pay through your banking app or online banking.
Ask us about payments before you book
You don’t need to choose a payment method before getting in touch. Tell us about the repair first, and we’ll explain the work, provide your quote and answer any payment questions so you can make an informed decision.
FIRST ENQUIRY TO PAYMENT, WE KEEP IT SIMPLE
Arranging a repair should feel straightforward. We’ll help you understand what needs doing, what it will cost and how you can pay before you book.
1. Tell us what needs repairing
Send us a short description and a few clear photos of the problem. Whether it’s a rotten window sill, a sticking door or another carpentry repair, this helps us assess the job. If we need a closer look before quoting, we’ll let you know.
2. Review the quote
We’ll explain the proposed repair and provide a quote for you to consider. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about the work and discuss the payment options available for your job.
3. Arrange the work
Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll agree a suitable time for the repair and confirm when payment will be due. You’ll know what to expect before work starts.
4. Pay your preferred way
Choose from cash, bank transfer, debit card, credit card or Klarna, subject to the options available for your booking. We’ll provide the details you need and answer any questions along the way.
